Why should I get my list from SK Neighborhood?
The lists that you will get from SK Neighborhood are generated from our partner companies spend millions of dollars per year to make sure that you are getting accurate data. We have invested a lot in these partnerships to bring this service to you at a very reasonable price, and in a format that can be very easily imported into Servant Keeper. This is all intended to help you reach your community with your ministry. We have noticed that churches that intentionally and actively sought to communicate their vision and love to their community were churches that were growing beyond belief. Because of this we developed tools like the Import Tool and SK Neighborhood. Not only that, you can also export this data to mapping programs such as Microsoft Streets and Trips, or even Delorme Street Atlas 2009 Plus, the latter of which can be purchased directly from us as well. We are trying to do everything we can to assist ministries like yours in continuing to be Salt and Light in your communities.
The lists that you order through our online tools come standard with name, address, ZIP+4, County, MSA, Residence Type, Location Type, Number of Units, Carrier Route, Delivery Point.
If you would like to purchase additional selects such as phone number, email addresses, demographic information, etc, please call us at 800-773-7570 for a quote. (Additional selects will affect the cost, and if you desire phone numbers, you will be required to register your church or organization with the National Do Not Call Registry and provide us with your Subscription Account Number (SAN #).

Do I have to search using my church address?
No, you do not have to use your church address. You can base your searches using any address that you would like to use. Many churches use their small group home addresses and do tight radiuses around each small group for the monthly new moves list. Or maybe you have several campuses, or a certain area of the city that you want to target. Simply put in an address in any area that you want to target and set your radius.
My price doesn't seem right, am I doing something wrong?
SK Neighborhood lists are charged on a 'per name' basis, and the cost of the
list is a calculated total. You will experience a significantly discounted
price per name when you purchase a large list. Keep in mind that if you
live in an urban area, a lot of people live in just a five mile radius, and you
may want to only go out 1 mile.

How is my list delivered to me?
The list you ordered will be delivered to the email address you gave when you
created an account. Check this email to download the list. The list
will be delivered in a comma delimited format, ready to import into any software
program that allows importing, such as the Servant Keeper 6 Import Tool.

What do I do with my list once I have downloaded it?
Once you have your list you can use the SK Import tool (this can be purchased
through www.servantpc.com) to import the list into Servant Keeper, or you can
merge the list to labels in word or send to a third party mailing company with
instructions to do a mailing for your church. Many churches, after
importing their list into Servant Keeper, will give the everyone they imported a
membership status of "lives nearby" and then proceed with quarterly or monthly
mailings. This is a great way to remind the community of their ministry
and services, especially of major community events like VBS or Bible Camp or a
movie screening.

How good is your data? (are the lists outdated?)
When you invest
valuable time and money on mailings, you need the most accurate data available.
That's why it's important to choose Servant Keeper's SKNeighborhood. Our lists
are compiled by 600 full-time researchers who are solely dedicated to building
the data, verifying it and updating it for you.
How the data is compiled: Each day,
our data specialists scour thousands of sources to add new data, update existing
records and eliminate duplicates. This process is like no other in the
industry. In fact, they do something no other company does - they make over 20
million phone calls each year to verify the information!
| • | We split apart and catalogue 4,300 telephone directories. |
| • | Data specialists examine each listing and enhance it with buying habit and lifestyle information from real estate transactions, product registrations, magazine subscriptions, and survey responses. |
| • | Every week, we also add 300,000 new movers so you have the opportunity to win their attention first. |
| • | Every month, we match and clean the data with the USPS National Change of Address (NCOA), ZIP+4 and Delivery Sequence File to standardize and keep the addresses accurate. |
Do I need Servant Keeper 6 and the Import Tool?
In order to import the names into Servant Keeper you will need to be using Servant Keeper version 6 and the Import Tool. Using the Import Tool you can easily import the list, no matter how large, into Servant Keeper 6 in just a couple minutes. Then it will be very easy to do mailings, etc. to your new list of people. Many users like to globally assign their imported records a membership status of "Lives Nearby", and then simply build a group based on that criteria. (TIP: Remember, you can also globally mark these records as "Inactive" so that they don't show up on your Main List or in your daily searches, etc.)
Can I call and order the list over the phone?
At this point all of the lists are ordered through the SK Neighborhood website, and there is no need to call to place your order.
Is the New Moves subscription paid monthly or yearly?
The New Moves subscription is paid up front in full at the time the subscription is ordered.
How is the New Moves subscription price calculated?
The New Moves subscription price is calculated based on the average number of new moves each month in that radius for the past six months, and then priced based per expected new moves. The cost for the subscription to New Moves is then calculated based on the estimated number of new moves that you will experience.
Can I get more data than just name and address?
If you would like more data per record than the basic information like name and address, then you can order a list by calling 800-773-7570 number and asking for the SK Neighborhood custom list department. Ordering additional information will affect the price of your list.
